Grant Enfinger and the Allgaier Motorsports will be starting from the 8th position in Saturday’s ARCA Series presented by Menards Pennsylvania ARCA 125 at Pocono Raceway.

Enfinger found himself 16th fastest on the speed chart after the one practice session for the ARCA cars Friday afternoon but wasn’t very concerned by the showing. “We never made a mock qualifying run during practice like alot of the other teams. Tomorrow’s race is a relatively short race for a speedway [50 laps], so we decided it was more important for us to stick to race runs and make sure the car is good in race trim. We’re happy starting 8th”.

This is the second week in a row that Enfinger will be starting from the 8th spot. However, the team will be looking to rebound from a disappointing 9th place finish last week at Lucas Oil Raceway in Indianapolis. “It says alot about this team when we can have an off night, still finish in the top 10, and be disappointed with that finish” said Enfinger. “I’m very proud of the guys on this team, the hard work that they put in every week at the shop and the track. I”m very fortunate to be the driver for this team”

The race will be televised live on the Speed Channel at 3 pm Saturday afternoon. Fans that can’t get in front a tv can also follow the race on the arcaracing.com website with their live timing and scoring and also the live radio broadcast on the ARCA radio network.
